Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York
I want to know have any case: consumer credit is still valid in verbal contract
For example: Ken want to borrow money from fast bank. The bank gave him ₤10,000. Agreement is made by talking (with nothing in writing).
Ken has already made two payments but feels he cannot make any more payments without running out of money. He wants to know what his options are.
If i say, the bank proves that Ken has already made 2 payments. It means that he has intend to make contract with the bank. Does he have to continue to pay?
