cellular phone debts

i own a cellular phone company 2545$ they sent to a collection agency

i gave them 900$ already, im late for three months of payment because i dont have money. will i get arrested because of that?

Absolutely NOT!

If the collection agency threatened you with arrest, you may sue them for violation of the FDCA.
