Check Garnishment & Frozen Bank Account

A law firm is garnishing my paycheck on a car loan I had several yrs ago. The same law firm has now frozen my bank account because they feel I am not paying enough from the original garnishment that they put on my wages. They are now giving me a hard time in releasing my funds and want to take everything I have in my account. Is this legal?

Yes, they can do both so next time keep yr $$ out of the banks
