my checking account is on hold for past debt

IM currently receiving social sercurity benifit which is on direct deposit in checking account.i had $43.00 in bank when this happen know i have nothing. my bank is of no help to me,all they needed is a statement on the transaction on my account to in sure that i only have one income social sercurity.Bank refuse to to anything to help.The Law office Mal Harris at ,requested that i submitt banks statements and proof of disbilty payment i receive.i comply. But i still lost the little money i had,and a hold of over $5,000.I have no money,only $626.per month to live on.which will be taking on next direct diposit

If your Income is from Social Security, the Mel Harris should not take the money, or you can go to civil court and ask for the money to be returned, by Order To Show Cause. Or you can file for bankruptcy and get rid of the dischargeable credit card debts.
