Civil Claim Judgement

What does it mean? What they are going after is the acct has been closed since 2001. Can they do this if I am in the military and covered by the Soldiers and Sailors Act? Can they also freeze my account?

If you are in the military you should contact your unit or installation legal office immediately for assistance regarding your rights under the Soldiers' & Sailors' Civil Relief Act.
