Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

Collecting A Judgment

I won a $5,000 judgment against my former employer. He is now saying that the corporation I have the judgment against has long been out of business. After purchasing the company's D&B report, there is evidence to link the company to one of his other company's. Please advise on how to proceed and how to go about collecting my judgment. Thank you very much.
