Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

Collecting remaining money owed from suing some one.

My husband and I have only received half of the money owed to us from a discrimination law suit. The lawyer received his money and won't finish helping us . I need to know how I can freeze someones assets .

There are things you can to collect sums due you under a settlement. I suggest you consult with an attorney.
