Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York
Collection Agency is calling me for the bill that my doctor didn't get paid by the Insurance company.
Insurance company is telling me I don't have to pay because it was Doctor's mistake.
How can I stop collection agency from calling me?

How does the insurance company know it was the doctor's mistake? I would contact the doctor to have him explain the bill. If it is true that it was the doctor's mistake, he or she should be able to make the corrections. If there is no mistake, you should make arrangements with the doctor to pay the bill.
