Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

Collections

A restraining order was placed on my bank account for 16 days. This caused tremendous financial and emotional distress. The alleged debt did not belong to me, i dont even know if it actually exists, and they sent a dunn/ fake restraining order to the bank. There is no judgement. I have researched and definitely there is no judgement. What do i do now? There must be something i can do to these people. Help
