Collections
If I won a money judgement in Landlord and Tenant court how do i collect on that judgement w/ out using an collections agency.. I know the address of the former tenant. Can i contact the county sherriff directly?

If you are in the City, us a marshall instead. They will get the work done faster and better. Call them (I use Beinstock in Bayside). Outside NYC, use the County police or sheriff. Ask them what you need. Their fee (which you pay upfront) gets collected from the tenant.
