My business went under with a debt of $45,000 unpaid. The company that my business owed the money to got a Judgment against me personally for $69,000. I have no business. I spent 9 months without employment, I have a fimaly and mortage to pay. The little money I had left in the bank was frozen. What can I do?

Re: Court Judgment Rendered

It depends how the judgment against you was obtained. If you were never served papers and first learned of the judgment when your account was frozen, you may have grounds to vacate the judgment and release the restraint on your account. Never ignore legal papers you receive in the mail, on your door, or by hand!
