Iam on SSI and a credit card company got a jugement from the court against me.So they put a freeze on my bank account , and i cant take any money out .A re they allowed to do that.

Absolutely not. You must inform them that your money is exempt and they should unfreeze your account immediately. If that doesn't work, you can file a show cause to get the account unfrozen.
