If a creditor contacts me and states a law suit was filed in 1992 to collect a debt from a bank and is requesting information from me what should i do?

Tell the creditor to send you whatever legal documents were sent to you in 1992 because you have no recollection of receiving anything. Then you go from there. DO NOT ADMIT TO OWING ANYTHING BECAUSE THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS HAS EXPIRED...
