i'm sorry it was a finger hut debt and a discover card debt from the 90's....... Thank you

I know what a discover card is, however, never heard of a finger hut.

Either way, assuming that you never made a payment on either of these debts, the statute of limitations period is 6 years on a contract action. Since this is 2009, the time period for each creditor to commence an action expired.
