Deceased Mother's Debts
Could you please tell me two things. Am I responsible for my deceased mother's debts, and am I responsible for a 19 1/2 year old son's debts such as medical bills, etc. Thank you so much for your help.

No to both questions. If you have not personally signed something in writing to the effect that you are responsible, you cannot be held liable for the debts of a third party.
