Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

Default judgment - please critique my course of action

I received a notice of income execution from my employer. The plaintiff is a CA representing another CA. I do not recognize the debt and I was never served. The execution, from a Manhattan marshal, was entered in Feb 2007 in the Queens Civil Court. I have not lived in Queens County since 11/05 and in NYS since 4/06. I called the Queens Court Clerk and the judgment exists. I plan on filing a motion to vacate, but should I say anything other that they did not serve me? Does it matter that I don't live in NY anymore? I don't think the Plaintiff is licensed to collect in my current state. Finally, I would like to consult a lawyer, but am not sure if I should find someone in NY or my current state (CT). Thank you!

Move to vacate the judgment in Queens. Admit nothing...expalin your were not served and never had notice until such time as the execution was received.
