Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

delinquent credit card

i have been trying for years to pay my citi bank card which fell into arrears due to my loss of income by $1800. a month and catastrophic expenses beyond mt ability to pay.

They then demanded FULL payment of $8000. which has now become 23,000 with the late fees and interest. They would never co operate with me by making monthly payments,still demanding FULL payment.

I am 75 years old, living on social security,BUT I WANT TO PAY MY BILLS... I need for them to allow affordable monthly payments. Bank Uno summoned me to court and finally settled for $75. a month on $8000. I am HAPPY to pay my bills.

Can you help me? PLEASE!!!!!!!!!! roseanne
