if you are delinquent of paying 4,600.00 to a credit card,can a marshall execute taking away your personal property.

It depends on how far it went-not enough info here.
Here is an example: Guy found by court to owe client $5K, which he would not pay. Collection agency froze TWO of his bank accounts for twoX each of the judgment ($20K) total. When one paid the $5K, the freeze was lift4ed. All legal.
