I deposited my Check in a friend of mines bank account. Now that person doesnt want to give me my monies... What can I do to get my monies..?!

Your best option would be to file in small claims court, which is located at 141 Livingtson Street in Brooklyn (working off your zip code). You can sue for up to $5000 and there is a minimal filing fee that depends on the amount of your claim.
