Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

How do I determine the proper format for answering a summons and complaint in regard to civil practice law and rules in Schenectady County, NY? The summons is for breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

I would retain a lawyer. If you do not want a lawyer, I would go to the Court Clerk and ask for the form to answer to the complaint.
