My Estate

When I die will my heirs have to apy my debts? I do own my home (75000. balance) no savings or retirement.

When you die your heirs are not liable for your debts.

When you die the assets you leave behind are collectively called an "Estate". The estate is liable for the debts, to the extent it can pay the debts.
