Exempt or Co-Mingled
Dec. 10, my bank account was frozen with $805.00 in it. I receive
SSI in the amount of $710.00 a month. Back in Oct. I deposited $1,6
67.00 in to my account which I rece-
ived from a bodily injury suit. Is my
account considered ''Exempt'' or ''Co-Mingled Funds''?

This is clearly co-mingled.
This is a specialty area of law and you might be best off going to Legal Aid or some other non-profit organization to help you. There are sometimes things that can be done based on some obscure regulation that only a specialist in public benefits / social security law would know.
