ex-husband bankruptcy

Ex filed bankruptcy, didn't remove my name from 2nd mortgage, now company wants payment from me, any advice other than bankruptcy?

Contact your divorce lawyer to see what should have benn done in this regard as far as the name removal from the mortgage was concerned. This should have been covered there.
