Failure to provide goods from internet sales

I bought a product (a guitar for my

son's birthday)on ebay from a person

who dragged out delivery for 6 weeks

and thensent a broken product ($254) I

sent it back at his request after showing

pics he said he would need several

more weeks to get a replacement to me

or to get me my money back. It has

been 6 more weeks he will not answer

my emails or my calls. When I tried to

contact Ebay I was to late to file a

dispute.

Leave negative feedback. If you paid by paypal make a claim. There may be some relief still available from Ebay if you show that the reason why you waited to file a claim was because of assurances you received from the seller...
