Family bill matter

I am 19 yrs old, I had 4 cell phones in my name my current bill is up to $2 thousand something dollars my mother father brother and i had a phone which they were all in my name now my credit is shot because none of them offered to pay for there share i was wondering what can i do about this matter?

Cancel the phone. Offer to make payments over time on the balance. Ask them to stop all interst charges and feees.

Get copies of the bills. Highlight which calls and charges belong to them.

If they will not pay, sue them each, separately in small claims court. The Court is in downtown Brooklyn.
