FDCPA/ lawsuit against debt collector

Where can I find a lawyer who will file a lawsuit aginst a third party debt collector who violated my rights under the FDCPA. I am looking for a lawyer who will handle my case under strict liablity where the collector will be responsible for my lawyers compensation.
