a fraudelent loan obtained

i walked into adealership after being turned dwn by many others in my area this dealership put dwn that i had a income coming in that far exceedeed my means and because i signed on the dotted line i am held leaglly responsible what to do the attorney generals office is involved and i am not really getting any answers from them

I presume what you are talking about is buying an automobile.

Since you signed on the dotted line that you had a certain type of income, it is difficult to say something different now. You can deny what you say, but you can't deny what you wrote.

The New York State attorney General investigates these matter, but I will presume that the dealer said that you told them what your income was.

I would suggest that you work it out with the dealership, or perhaps sell the car to diminish your responsibility.

You should also contact a lawyer in your area who might be able to put some pressure on the dealership
