fruadelent money oders cashed in scam Nigeria

I recently was scammed off of internet i cashed money orders at my bank I was under severe deppression at the time and have been treated for it for quiet a while bank told me they were going to file claim for the money I dont make any where near the wages to pay it back what will insurance company do I am very depressed the bank said i have to pay insurance compan back what will happen do you think because of my medical sitiation and inablity to pay
