Can funds be siezed more than once for same bill?

I was making payments on a debt that i had to a law firm that deals with collections. This law firm seized all of my funds proior to me making the payments.This payment plan was something we agreed on. I lost my jobs and my payments stopped for about nine weeks.I have just started making payments again and now my account has been placed on hold, Can this be done to me again.
