garnish pension

my mom has credit card bills she can no longer pay...her only income is 700.00 pension and 192.00 social security..can the creditors garnish her pension and social security payments?...she has no other assets ...and the credit cards are unsecured...thanks

No, they cannot garnish those incomes.
