garnishment

my wages have been garnished from a judgment against me from 3 years ago by a debt collection agency. I never had a chance to challenge it because the lawyer I hired lost my file and never did anything. How do I get the court to reopen the file and hear my side? I have since found evidence that would dispute the amount of money i owed and whether this agency.

You can file an order to show cause asking to vacate the judgment.
