What could happen if I paid bills off can their be charges press

Last year of Aug my cousin found out I had been using her identity for things such as credit for clothing,computer etc.In this time she fired me,and stop speaking to me.All along I have been paying bills faithfully like they were my own name.She has given me to end of April to pay off all of the bills.Now what I need to know is if I pay bills off can she make trouble for me now,even though bills are paid off and she did know the last 8mos or so.Can she report it and what could happen?Thank You

If you pay the bills, then the DA woul;d find 'conversion' and not theft. Conversion is not a crime. No charges will befiled.

Your cousinn will have no legal recourse if you pay off the bills. (It may be good for family harmony as well.)
