Harrassment by car loan company

My car loan company (based in CA) calls me 10-15 times per day as soon as I am one day late. Even if I make an arrangement to pay, they tell me the calls won't stop until the payment is actually made. I am tired of my phone ringing off the hook and would like to file a lawsuit against them for harrassment. Do I have a case? This has been going on for at least a year now.
