Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York
Hello,
I filed for small claims back in april 2011. We went to court in May 2011, the judge implemented a payment plan. The amount of 850 dollars was to be paid over a time period of 75 dollars every two weeks. I have only received 300. Because of the struggle this person had making the payments, I created a second agreement which he just violated again because he is in jail . What should I do?

Go to the small claims clerk and file for the judgment based on breach of a settlement agreement.
