what is the time limit to challenge a summary judgement of debt to a Home Owners Association in NY? Action was not defended so judgement was awarded to HOA. How much time does the law allow before an appeal becomes statute barred?

Notice of Appeal must be served within 30 days from Notice of Entry of Judgment or Order.
