Identity Theft

Here is my problem. There was a $13,000 personal loan taken out in my name. I did not authorize this and now its in judgement. I have proof that i did not do this. The police told me I need a fraud affidavit from the creditor and the creditor told me I need a police report, so im stuck.....HELP!!!

If there is a judgment, you would have to file a motion by Order to Show Cause to vacate the judgment based on fraud. You may go to the clerk's office and attempt to do this yourself. The better option is to retain an attorney.
