Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

illegal towing and payment

I was accidentily parked in a handicapped parking spot in a private lot. There was a pole in the middle of four spots that did not clearly indicate which spot was handicapped, plus the blue lines were faded and there was snow covering these four spots. My car was towed and I had to pay $162.00 to get it back. Is there anything I can do to get my money back?
