income execution from a judgement
can I fight an income execution due to major financial stress and I can't afford the 10% every week. How do I do this. I have heard you can fight this

You would have to go to the court where the judgment was entered and file a written request with the court to modify the amount of the garnishment basd on your particular circumstances. THe judge would then make a decision as to the merits of your situation (like it you had dependents-children-elderly parents, stuff like that) or medical needs...anything that would suggest you need your money for important reasons.
