How do I get an income execution for a judgement that has not been paid?

You have to contact the local Marshal or Sheriff who has jurisdiction over the debtor. If in NYC use the City Marshal. If out of the City, there is either a Sheriff or a Marshal who has the power to institute a wage garnishment (income execution).
