information subpoena
do i have to answer an information subpoena to a creditor..it also has a restaining notice...

If you fail to respond to an information subpoena you are subject to a contempt of court summons returnable in supreme court, where, you can be subject to sanctions, including a fine and jail until you cure the contempt.
