insurance checks

i was involved in a serious auto accident and i cannot work. my insurance company sent me a check for one of my medical providers but i used it to pay my rent and put food on the table for my kids how much trouble am i in?

You will be obligated to the doctor for the money if the check was made payable to you.

I agree with Mr. Groezinger. You are responsible for the bill to one of your medical providers.

You should be receiving monies for lost wages. Are You.

Second, have you started an action for pain and suffering.
