Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

involvement

person A has to give money to person B and delaying this process but agrees to pay few bills on behalf of person B to cover money that he owes.

Apparentely person A uses someone else bank account to pay those bills(online transaction- $1500). If person B was not aware of this how serious his involvement could be and person A is nowhere found?

Thanks
