Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

judgement on debt

I recently made 1st payment to marshal on judgement and have asked the attorneys to release my checking accounts as one is my pay by direct deposit and the other account is also my brothers who is disabled and gets his SSI through that account. the attorneys have not responded to my concerns what are my options or rights ?

If what you say is accurate, your account must be released. If the other side does not cooperate, you should immediately file a show cause to get your account unfrozen. They have no right to take SSI money or recent paychecks.
