Judgement

My husband had a judgement against him due to a failed business loan. They seized his car for payment. Can he get this car back. We were told it would go up for auction in 2 weeks.

If this is a default judgment and you have grounds to ask to have it vacated, then you can request a temporary restraining order to stay enforcement of the judgment. Also, a bankruptcy filing will stay the auction of the vehicle. Please contact my office directly if you would like to discuss your husband's situation further.
