Judgement Satisfied

Hello, I want to satisfy a judgement placed against me by the NYS Supreme Court. I was sued and lost to a man regarding damage to his boat. I owe him approximately $10,000 what form do I use to prove to the Clerks Office in Erie County, NY that I paid him? Thank you

Re: Judgement Satisfied

The creditor files the satisfaction of judgment once payment has been made. If he refuses, you will hve to bring an action against him. Good luck.

Re: Judgement Satisfied

None- The person that holds the judgment must issue the satisfaction. After request, if he does not, you need to go back to the same court to have it order him to issue one.

Good Luck
