Judgements

If I get a judgement against me and I have a mortgage can the judgement go against the mortgaged property? Than at the time of sale pay the judgement off?

Yes, the Judgment can become a Lien against your Mortgaged Property.

You May want to file for Bankruptcy, which may wipe away this debt and allow you to keep your home.
