Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

Regarding Judgements that have been satisfied

Had a judgement back in 2000. Satisfied the judgement with the plaintiff. Received a notice from the courts

Satisfaction of judgement. On 11-7-05 my bank account had a restraining order placed on it for this judgement. The attorney handling this for the plaintiff was never notified of the satisfaction of the judgement and did not do research to check this with the plaintiff. How long before my account is back to normal? They also took 100.00 out of the account. If this was satified, what are my rights to get the money back and is there any misconduct on the part of the attorney's office?
