I have a judgment against me in NY. that dates from 1992. The statute of limitations there is 10 years. How do I have this judgment removed?

You have your information mixed up.
The statute of Limitations has to do with the time frame in which you can start a lawsuit. In your case the lawsuit is already over and your creditor has a judgment.
A judgment in New York is good for 20 years.
A judgment lien on your real estate in New York is good for 10 years, and can be renewed.
As to your last question, removed from what?
