Judgment/Subpoena on accounts

I currently had my checking acct frozen from a credit card judgement that issued a subpoena to my bank. My only income is NYS Unemployment benefits being deposited. Is this legal for them? I see the subpoena says its not effective for SSI or Disability Benefits......

They cannot freeze your unemployment income. Call the court and ask how to file an order to show cause to get the account released.
