late payments

im maker on loan ,title is in my name.car is registerd to grandsons girlfreind they are making late payments .i dont want my credit ruined .verbal agreement that it would be paid by due date. fourth payment was late and now is past due date again. what can i do legally do

You can stand in front of a mirror and say "NEVER DO THAT AGAIN!". Then, you can pay the arrears on the car and pay all future installments so they are not late telling your grandson's girfriend that if there are any more late payments TO YOU (since you are paying the lender) you will REPOSSESS the CAR. You are the OWNER of the car you can take possession of it.
